About Me

Hi, friends! I am Nelonie aka lancelonie and I am pleased to meet you! 🙂

Currently, I am a day-jobber who manages an awesome team in Finance… At the same time that I am thankful for receiving my Bachelors degree in Accounting, I also wonder what I would have become if I finished my Computer Science and systems design / programming courses.

Strong in Excel and nerdy when it comes to huge data analysis, I like playing my numbers with complicated formulas. In the same sense of creative complication and/or elaborate expression, I love playing my words, too.

I love reading Psychology books, as well as listening to audiobooks. I once thought of studying that in college before diverting to computer, finance and accounting. Now, I am finding my way back to that subject by blogging.

On this website, I write about mnini, a Greek word which means memory when translated into the English alphabet.

Because I get bored easily, I couldn’t stick to one particular niche (as well as a favorite color). But at least, I can do themes “per holiday, season and, sometimes, color mood”. Did I confuse you? Maybe you can check out my Pinterest to see what I mean. Haha.

I like to read, write and collect quotes. There are going to be more of these to share here . . . plus some photo stories or quick photo animations that I love-love-love to create!

Lancelonie – one who could not get enough of that Häagen-Dazs vanilla milk chocolate almond ice cream bar (breathe), even if the glucose level is close to borderline – cheats with sweets. Driver say what?! Highway to AD? Ironically, this is one of the reasons why I created AboutMnimi – to understand what memory is and how to keep our brain healthy.

You and I – let’s make good memories together! 🙂
